Fused Magazine is going to SxSW to showcase some great bands from Birmingham. It’s our first showcase and we will be using this blog to tell you about the adventures and mishaps along the way.
The idea came about in Autumn 2007 from a random email and the enthusiasm of one of our staff Sally. Momentum started to build as the offer of a FUSED SHOWCASE by SxSW was cemented. All we had to do was pick some bands and find a load of money to get over there. Easy – or so we thought.
